These Terms and Conditions govern your use of NyayKey, including the NyayKey website and Android app. By using NyayKey, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use NyayKey.
1. About NyayKey
NyayKey is an India-focused AI legal information app. It helps users understand legal questions, risky messages, complaints, FIRs, consumer issues, cyber fraud, notices, property problems, and everyday legal situations in simple language.
2. Not Legal Advice
NyayKey provides general legal information only.
NyayKey is not:
- a lawyer
- an advocate
- a law firm
- a court
- a police authority
- a government authority
- an emergency service
NyayKey does not provide professional legal advice or guaranteed legal outcomes.
3. No Lawyer-Client Relationship
Using NyayKey does not create a lawyer-client relationship, advocate-client relationship, or professional legal representation.
For serious legal matters, you should consult a qualified advocate or relevant authority.
4. AI Limitations
NyayKey uses AI to generate responses. AI can make mistakes. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or not suitable for your exact situation.
You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.
5. Emergency Situations
NyayKey is not an emergency service.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, police, or emergency numbers such as 112 where applicable.
For financial cyber fraud, you may contact official channels such as 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in where applicable.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- the information you provide
- decisions you make
- actions you take
- verifying AI responses
- consulting qualified professionals when needed
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use NyayKey to:
- commit illegal activity
- create scams or fraud
- harass, threaten, or harm others
- impersonate another person or authority
- create fake legal documents
- evade law enforcement
- bypass app limits or security
- generate harmful instructions
- violate rights of others
- submit malicious code or spam
- misuse payment, reward, or ad systems
8. User Content
You are responsible for the content you submit to NyayKey. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
By submitting content, you allow NyayKey to process it to provide app functionality, AI responses, safety checks, support, and related services.
9. Payments and Plans
NyayKey may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, pricing, usage limits, and validity may change over time.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment providers. Plan activation depends on successful payment verification.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Rewarded Ads
NyayKey may offer limited rewards or free usage through rewarded ads. Rewards are not guaranteed if:
- ad completion is not verified
- network connection fails
- the ad provider fails to confirm completion
- misuse or abuse is detected
- app systems detect suspicious activity
11. Account Suspension or Restriction
NyayKey may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect:
- abuse
- fraud
- spam
- security risk
- payment misuse
- attempts to bypass limits
- illegal or harmful use
- violation of these Terms
12. Microphone and Voice Input
If voice input is available in supported versions, microphone permission is optional and used only when you choose to use voice input. You can deny or revoke microphone permission from device settings.
13. Read Aloud / Text-to-Speech
NyayKey may offer Read Aloud features using your device's text-to-speech system. Availability may depend on your device and operating system.
14. Intellectual Property
NyayKey's name, branding, design, website content, app interface, features, and related materials belong to NyayKey or its owner unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, misuse, or reproduce NyayKey branding or content without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
NyayKey may depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Google AI services, Razorpay, Google AdMob, hosting providers, analytics, diagnostics, and other infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.
16. Availability and Changes
NyayKey may change, update, suspend, or remove features, plans, prices, limits, or availability at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyayKey is not liable for losses, damages, disputes, decisions, actions, missed deadlines, legal consequences, financial loss, or other harm caused by:
- reliance on AI output
- incorrect or incomplete information
- user misuse
- third-party service failure
- payment provider issues
- ad provider issues
- app downtime
- unauthorized access beyond reasonable control
18. Governing Context
NyayKey is designed for users in India and focuses on Indian legal information. These Terms should be interpreted in the context of Indian users and applicable legal requirements, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.
