Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other payment providers. Plan activation depends on successful payment verification.
1. Digital Service Nature
NyayKey provides digital services. Once a plan is activated or usage is consumed, refunds may be limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- duplicate charge
- payment deducted but plan not activated
- verified technical error
- wrong charge caused by system issue
- other cases required by applicable law
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied if:
- the plan was successfully activated and used
- usage limit was consumed
- request is due to misuse or abuse
- account violated app policies
- payment issue is caused by incorrect user action
- fraudulent activity is suspected
