1. Not an Emergency Service

NyayKey is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local police, emergency services, or emergency number 112 where applicable.

2. Cyber Fraud and Financial Fraud

If you face financial cyber fraud, UPI fraud, card fraud, banking fraud, or online scam, consider contacting official reporting channels such as 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in where applicable.

3. Do Not Share Sensitive Credentials

banking passwords
private keys
account recovery codes
government ID passwords
highly sensitive credentials

4. Preserve Evidence

For scams, threats, harassment, blackmail, fraud, or suspicious legal claims, save:

screenshots
phone numbers
email addresses
links
transaction IDs
payment receipts
chat messages
call logs
dates and times
account/profile details

5. Use AI Carefully

AI can make mistakes. Verify important information with official sources, government portals, police, courts, or qualified advocates.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not use NyayKey to harm others, commit crimes, evade law, create scams, threaten people, fabricate evidence, or misuse legal processes.

7. Serious Legal Matters

For serious legal disputes, criminal matters, court cases, arrests, notices, property disputes, family disputes, or financial loss, consult a qualified advocate or relevant authority.
