Account and Data Deletion
NyayKey users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
This page is publicly available so users can request account deletion even if they no longer have the app installed.
How to request deletion:
Option 1: In the app
Open NyayKey app → Settings/Profile → Account → Delete Account or Request Data Deletion.
If the in-app deletion option is not available in your current version, use the email method below.
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to:
adityainnovationsgroup@gmail.com
Use this subject:
NyayKey Account Deletion Request
Include:
- your registered email address
- your user ID, if available
- a short confirmation that you want your NyayKey account and associated data deleted
What data may be deleted:
- account profile information
- app account data
- chat history where applicable
- usage data where applicable
- support records where applicable
- stored user-submitted content where applicable
What may be retained:
Some data may be retained where required for:
- legal compliance
- payment records
- fraud prevention
- security
- dispute resolution
- tax/accounting obligations
- abuse prevention
- legitimate business or legal purposes
Verification:
We may ask for verification before processing deletion requests to protect your account.
Processing:
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable time after verification.
